14 Day Return and Exchange
At Kynez, our biggest goal is to make sure our customers and their special ones are happy with their purchase.
Please look over your order as soon as you receive it. If you think that you’ve received a defective item, contact our customer service team within 3 business days of receipt of your order. If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible so we can get everything sorted out for you!
Change of Mind
We understand you may want to change or cancel your order after your purchase. We will gladly help you modify or cancel your order within 1 hour of your order placement. Just give us a shout at email@example.com
Please make sure to reference our sizing chart on the product pages or email us before placing an order if you have questions about sizing. — Exchanges can be easily alleviated this way.
Please check the sizing charts for each particular product as all items and styles may vary in sizing
Here is a simple run-down of the rules and procedures for returns and exchanges:
- Items can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of a gift card sent via email.
- All return/exchange requests must be received within 14 days from the date your package was marked as delivered.
- Anything purchased at a discounted price is FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
- Returned items must remain un-washed, un-worn, and all tags must still be attached.
- Include your return form and original receipt. (It helps us out if you circle the item(s) you wish to return.)
- Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.
- Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received at our warehouse.
How To Process A Return
- Please email the Customer Care team at firstname.lastname@example.org to alert us that your return is on its way.
- Please include your Order Number, Item(s) to Return and Reason for the Return in your email.
- We will provide you the return address by email.
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Our free world wide shipping will not be applied to exchanged orders so the customer will also be responsible for the standard shipping costs to ship the package back. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
- Please hang on to your tracking number in the event you need to track your package.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will promptly issue an exchange or store credit for the items that you specify. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your return or store credit will be processed and credited to the same email and address you used to make the original purchase.
