Kynez is responsible for delivering items to the shipping address provided at check out. We are not liable if the item is lost or stolen after the item has been marked as delivered by your local postal service. Please ensure the delivery location is a safe environment.

Standard shipping is free to United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom and most EU Countries.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Weekends and public holidays are not included.

All prices stated on the website will be billed in USD at checkout.

We process all orders within 1-3 business days excluding holidays and weekends.

Packages may take longer to arrive during the holiday busy season, depending on local postal office capacity.

Tracking Numbers are updated usually within 5-7 Business Days. If you don’t receive updates on your tracking number please don’t worry, some of our products ship from overseas and the status gets updated only when it arrives in the customer’s destination country.
